i am using videocon connection for internet. And the device used to connect is 'Promate eGo 4' 3.7 G GSM USB modem. How can i connect internet through this device. The required fields in its software are

2) Password
3) Domain name
4) Phone number
5) APN
6) Circuit swith (To tick) and Baud rate
7) Primary DNS & Secondary DNS
8) IP Adress
