i uses tata docomo internet..i search a lot of that how to increase internet speed but i got downloading speed of 15-20kbps in idm i search again and now i am getting 80-105kbps downloading speed in idm ..so if you want here are some steps..
1. first download tcp optimizer in ur pc no problem you hv xp or win7.
2.use opera..
3. in idm open downloads>options>connection>deflt max no connection set this 16 instead of 8
4.always turn off windows updater ..
5.restart your pc and enjoy……..

hi friends any body help me, I am using nokia x2 & airtel network, Initially i connect internet to my PC it works good for 3 months, But now i had problem. When i connect to the pc with my phone it gives speed up to 20 kbs, & slowly decreases to zero, once again i disconnet my connection & reconnecting it, it works as same . within 30 seconds speed decreaces to zero. i had the same problem in docomo also. if u know anything pls help

Hello guyz, spclly @parveen the 921.6kbps is nor your downloading/uploading speed neither surfing speed. Its just the data exchange speed between the computer and your modem as a pen drive has data transfer rate of 5-10MBps. do u understand?? I have two mobiles. I previously used this mobile internet to surf on PC. one of these have 460.5kbps and another one 7.2Mbps spd while connected. But these are only data transfer rate. The downloading speed hardly crosses 9kbps. Now i use Cable internet and get a downloading speed of >450kbps and uploading speed >120kbps. Even in my college there is WiFi zone which provides 540kbps downloading speed [Optic Fibres, the speedest data transfer medium of the world]. So now a child can understand that u can not get so much speed[960kbps] via wireless internet.. If u can not afford cable internet[I pay rs 2000 for 512kbps plan, per mnth], try to buy a netsetter[ best i-ball, micromax, or relience, others have simcard lock]. It can give u upto 48kbps dwnldng spd with ur sim.
